Amin
This is Amin. He is 8 years old . He is very bright and an excellent student. He has severe hemophilia B and has been walking to the nearby hospital to get factor treatment when it is available. Both of his kidneys are oversized, and he is weak because his family cannot afford enough food to feed everyone. He lives with a large family. He has three brothers and three sisters. They all live with their mother, grandmother, and two uncles. Their father does not live with or support the family. One of his uncles is a salesman and the other is a driver. The Pakistan currency has decreased the the family is struggling to meet the needs of the family. They struggle to pay our rent and utilities. To save money, they have cut costs on food, but there is not enough to go around for everyone, so they have been hungry. His grandmother died last year. They rent a small house in the city of Lahore . The home has electricity and water, but no refrigerator. Meals are cooked inside over a small gas stove.
